Gonza Okonomiyaki

Gonza Okonomiyaki is a new food truck in Cumberland specializing in authentic Japanese street food. They will offer snacks and full meals for before and after the day’s lake and forest adventures. They are working to bring back the authentic Japanese and Chinese history of Cumberland and hope to provide a meeting spot for Artists, Sports Enthusiasts and Foodies to catch up, share and hang out.
Okonomiyaki is a Japanese savory pancake containing a variety of ingredients in a wheat-flour-based batter. The name is derived from the word okonomi, meaning “how you like” or “what you like”, and yaki meaning “cooked”.
