To my valued customers,

Like many industries struggling to reinvent in response to COVID, the hospitality and tourism industry is now poised for a significant paradigm shift. At this time I am choosing to further my formal education in the hopes that I may gain a fresh perspective in order to drive change in a positive way. I will be putting Tria's catering division on hold while I pivot and reinvent the company for the long term.

To my long-term customers and community partners, many of whom I am happy to call my friends; this is not the end of Tria Fine Catering, it is a reinvention. I may not be able to offer you my catering services, but as a community partner, I will happily share my experience and knowledge. I've worked with many of you for over a decade; we have a lot of history. I will respectfully honour that history by working with your new partners in order to assist with a smooth transition.
