The Pickled Carrot Food Truck will not be operating this summer. To all our loyal customers who have followed us from event to event, year after year, even thru those terrible COVID years, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We loved preparing your favorite treats and watching you savour every bite.We made the tough decision for a very good reason...our catering division has gotten so busy (we are booked every weekend until Oct 1), we cannot do both without sacrificing the high standards we always strived for and succeeded in providing in the past.We, the Pickled Carrot Catering Crew, look forward to serving you at one of the many weddings, celebrations, we are doing this summer.
