Frankies Fried Chicken

Our story starts with a wonderful first date at a terrible fancy restaurant. On that magical night we fell in love, pretended to like beef tartare, and shared a dream: to one day open a restaurant that brings people together around great food.

In the years that followed, through marriage, kids, and the joys of family life, we kept that dream alive. And all that time, the meal that brought our family together was fried chicken.

Starting with a family recipe from the old country, handed down from Matthew’s grandmother, we’ve tasted and tweaked and blended in old wisdom to create our crispy, juicy signature recipe.

And that’s what we’re all about: family, new friends, and long traditions. No matter who you are, where you come from, this is great food that brings people together.
